Step 1

• Inflate a orange balloon leaving approximately 4" un-inflated.

Step 2

• Twist off six,  approximately 1/2" bubbles.

Step 15

• Push air down toward the end of the end of the yellow balloon creating approximately 1/2" segment of un-inflated balloon.
• Pull that 1/2" segment on the backside of the orange bubble 4 and twist into the segment of where orange 4,5 & 6 come together.

Step 34

• You're done!
